The GIS Center in Dubai Municipality held a virtual meeting with the Ministry of Education, within a series of meetings organized by the Center to strengthen the cooperation and participation in building a sustainable city. The meeting focused on introducing GeoDubai Initiative which aims to provide a unified, and comprehensive base map for Dubai. Also, it emphasized the importance of the geospatial data for the Emirate and presented the technologies used to capture and feed the center's geospatial database.
