A delegation from Emaar had visited the GIS Center in Dubai Municipality on Thursday 16th of January 2020 to discuss ways of cooperation in the field of GIS, where the engineer. Maryam Al Muhairi, Director of the GIS Center, provided an explanation of "GeoDubai" initiative launched by the center, which provides various services for members of Geospatial community in Dubai. Services include geospatial maps and information in the areas of planning, real estate and infrastructure, in addition to providing training and technical consultations, as well as providing aerial photography and geospatial survey.
The engineer also showcased a number of applications developed by the center in the fields of 3D maps and asset management. Finally, the two parties declared their readiness to continue cooperating and giving efforts at the end of the visit.
